Zapier

You can connect your Bot with thousands of applications through Zapier to enhance the capabilities and value of your Bot.

If you have any questions during the use of Zapier, please visit the Zapier Help Center for more help. This document only provides a brief description of how to configure GPTBots in Zapier.

Create Zap

Visit Zapier, log in, and create a Zap.

You can also visit GPTBots Integration for use.

Configure Zap

Trigger

Configure the "Trigger" you need, please refer to the official Zapier guide for specific steps.

After completion, you can proceed to the subsequent "Action" configuration steps.

Action

Add a node as an Action.

App & Event

Select "GPTBots" as the App and choose the Event provided by GPTBots as needed.

Account

Enter the GPTBots account authorization page. Through this page, authorize your GPTBots account to the currently logged-in Zapier account.

You need to go back to GPTBots, enter "Account Settings", find "DevKey" and "DevSecret", and copy them, concatenate them with "_" (format: DevKey_DevSecret), fill them into the Zapier authorization page, and "Continue".

Action

In "Select Bot", select the Bot you want to use to execute the Event in the current Zap.

The rest of the required parameters are the information needed to execute the Event, which can be selected as needed.

Test

Click "Test Zap" to test whether the configuration is successful.

Publish Zap

After configuring the Zap, click "Publish" to publish the Zap and make the Zap effective.
