You can query different types of chat records generated within the Bot on each Bot's chat record page.
Train
At the same time, these chat records can also become materials for Bot training, used for the training of the Bot knowledge base.
Open the specific chat record panel, click "Train", and you can train the specified dialogue content.
The content of the dialogue will be set as Q&A knowledge, and you can modify it.
After modification, it can be submitted to the Bot's Q&A knowledge base as new knowledge for the Bot.
