Page Prompt for Callback Address Verification Failure

The following reasons may cause callback address verification failure:

  • Incomplete Enterprise Certification: If the enterprise is in the process of certification or has not initiated the certification process, configuring the callback address will trigger a page prompt indicating "callback address verification failure." You can also first publish to the WeChat subscription account and then use it in WeChat Customer Service after the enterprise certification is approved.
  • Spaces in the Callback Address: Please check whether the callback address is correct and whether there are any extra spaces or other invisible characters.
