What is the difference between a subscription plan and subscription credits?

Subscription Plan:

1. Free: For all users, offering 100 credits per month to help new users experience and try the product.
2. Enterprise: For enterprise users, providing AI delivery services, Bot building, Bot operation, private deployment, AI project consulting, and implementation services based on enterprise scenarios and needs. Subscription Credits: Users can subscribe to credits without upgrading the subscription plan when credits are insufficient.

What is the exchange relationship between credits, tokens, and USD? How is the fee charged if I use my own OpenAI Key?

Credits are the unit of measurement for GPTBots' service usage, and tokens are the unit of measurement for services like OpenAI and vector databases. 100 credits = 1 USD, different AI model versions have different pricing for 1K tokens.

Where can I see the detailed record of credit consumption?

You can see the detailed record of credit consumption on the Settings - Organization Information - Consumption page. We support detailed statistics of credit consumption data in three dimensions: "hour/day/month".

Can I purchase credits using payment methods other than a credit card, and how do I download the receipt after payment?

You can purchase a subscription plan in the Personal Center. We support purchasing through Stripe's credit card method. If recharging credits, we support multiple payment methods such as Stripe's local wallet, Google Pay, and credit cards. If you need a receipt, you can find the payment record and download the Receipt in Organization - Billing - Billing Records.
